For pikmin guy

Ok,so, the events of revenge of the Shyguy's ending seemed like they wouldn't fit to your series,well,I've got a few possible ideas:
1:There is a time paradox,and a group of shyguys had followed link into the time warp when he plays the song of time,but going back in time,still,remembering the events that happened in the future that never really took place.
2:Dark mind, comes from the future(don't ask how) and finds a group of shyguys and tells them about what would've happened,and he wants them to carry out what the massive guy had originally would have done.
The only thing I can't figure ou is how the massive guys dies, if you can think of a way,please tell me in the comments.

Here is what I have done so far of my penguin Luigi customs I'm doing for Mr. video, all I need to do is make some more fighting and then I'll be done, believe me, it's harder then it looks, but anyway, I won't be posting this in the sprites download section, and I will give credit where credit is do when I'm finished.

As some of you may know, I am writing Dawn of Destruction as a story, I have been for a long time and I'm up to chapter 18, every time a new episode is released on hatena I will post the story here, so yes, the following is chapter one

Chapter one:Bowser's plan
Somewhere, deep in space, Bowser had finally come across the very star he was looking for, The Omega Star, with its many power stars, each representing a great power, floating around it in a circle. He gazes slowly at it from his space airship and says in pure amazement "No way! I have finally found it! The Omega Star!"
Later, days go by, and we join the heroes of the Mushroom Kingdom, Mario and Luigi, with their beloved Princess Peach, in her castle. But suddenly, the ground shook and the sky turned a dark red, the Mario Bros. weren't sure what was going on, but they knew they had to go see what caused it. "Let's go!" Mario said.
When the two brothers arrive outside, they saw none other then the fiendish Bowser with a strange star in his control. "Mario!You would be just in time, but I'm going to kill you!"
Mario stares angrily at the green tyrant as Luigi cowers in fear. Mario has decided to prepare for battle while Luigi runs off to the castle to ensure the safety of Princess Peach."Let's-a go!" Mario shouted towards the giant koopa as he started the battle.

I know it seems short, but that's what happened in episode 1.
